We bring together digital technology experts with non-technical user communities around a shared impact agenda and break down barriers to their interaction and collaboration. Caribou acts as the bridge between different communities of practice, translating priorities, constraints, and opportunities to ensure that collaboration moves from conversation to implementation. The result is a program community that generates its own insights and momentum.
