It maps how smartphones, open APIs, and innovative partnerships are reshaping access and delivery, while also highlighting barriers such as uneven regulation, cybersecurity threats, and exclusion risks for underserved populations.
Drawing from studies across sectors, the review outlines how digital finance ecosystems evolve and what providers, regulators, and innovators must consider to support inclusive and sustainable financial systems. It offers a grounded, evidence-based foundation for future strategy and policy in DFS.
