This video features a project documenting promising use cases of responsible artificial intelligence (AI) in international development. The project was conducted with the support of Canada’s International Development Research Centre and the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. Drawing on interviews with leaders across eight different organizations in health, education, agriculture, and human rights, the study explores distinct implementation of AI for development, engaging with projects that have implemented discrete AI use cases resulting in measurable impact and to learn from their practices, successes, and challenges, particularly around the responsible use of AI. In this video, development professionals share their thoughts on best practices for implementing AI responsibly.
