Geospatial technology is being used across many sectors to address development and humanitarian challenges around the world. Despite an increase in the volume of open resources available, many people working in the humanitarian sector report that it is difficult to find relevant geospatial data to inform day-to-day operations.
The interactive GeoPlatform Finder, produced by Caribou Space in conjunction with the humanitarian community, supports the identification of geospatial platforms for data-driven decision-making and guides those in the humanitarian sector toward data platforms that can support vital work preparing for, and responding to, floods and droughts.
