Many organizations are exploring AI, but few have the internal capabilities to apply it practically and responsibly. Caribou is partnering with Microsoft Elevate and EY to design and deliver The Changemaker Fellowship, a global program that supports nonprofit, UN, and intergovernmental staff to move from curiosity about AI to real-world adoption.
The program brings together diverse cohorts of practitioners from across the social impact ecosystem, each selected through a competitive process and supported through a structured learning journey. Participants engage in diagnostics, coaching, peer exchange, and expert-led sessions to build the skills and confidence needed to integrate AI into their day-to-day work.
