Regina leads operations at Caribou, where she works on managing client engagements, partnerships, and operational processes effectively. She builds practical systems, advises stakeholders, and contributes to high-quality delivery across complex environments.
Regina is an operations and grants professional specializing in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, strengthening operational systems, and supporting organizations to achieve effective, accountable program delivery. She brings expertise in grant management, compliance, partner coordination, risk management, and turning ambitious initiatives into structured, well-executed programs.
Previously, Regina held senior operations roles at GSMA, where she managed global grant-funded programs, coordinated multi-organization partnerships, strengthened reporting and compliance processes, and supported teams across multiple regions. She holds a master’s degree in International Politics from Newcastle University and a Specialist degree in International Relations from Russian State University for the Humanities. She is based in the UK.
