Bio

Nora designs and delivers complex digital and financing programs that expand access to clean energy, inclusive finance, and economic opportunity across emerging markets. She brings expertise in program delivery, fund and partnership management, digital transformation, and climate finance, with a particular focus on building practical systems that support scale, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Nora supports Caribou’s work across program delivery, ecosystem development, strategic and learning partnerships. She contributes to the design and management of donor-funded initiatives, supports collaboration across public and private sector partners, and helps teams navigate complex operational, financial, and stakeholder environments.

Prior to joining Caribou, Nora managed multi-million-pound portfolios spanning digital development, carbon markets, financial inclusion, and women’s economic empowerment. She led cross-functional teams across Africa and Europe, oversaw the delivery of large-scale donor-funded programs, and supported the development of financing structures for clean energy access and carbon market participation. Her previous roles included leadership positions at 4R Digital, Every1Mobile, and AN Impact, where she built operational systems, managed strategic partnerships, and supported the development and scale of digital products and services. Nora holds an EMBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and an MA in Media Practice for Development and Social Change from the University of Sussex. She is based in Brighton, UK.
