At Caribou, she leads the day-to-day delivery of grant-related and program operations, building the workflows and digital systems that ensure seamless execution across the portfolio.
Mwihaki previously served as a venture builder and fintech founder, where she orchestrated support platforms that provided training and funding to thousands of entrepreneurs. Her background includes leading program operations at Founders Factory Africa and managing large-scale venture support initiatives across 17 African countries. She has a proven track record of institutionalizing labor market frameworks and optimizing data-driven operations using modern project management architecture. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations Research. Mwihaki is based in Kenya.
