Bio

Mica brings a blend of experience in research and impact measurement, and excels at designing and implementing comprehensive MEL frameworks for programs focused on innovation and digital transformation. At Caribou, she drives evidence-based decision-making across funds and programs.

Previously, as Research and Impact Lead at MEST Africa, Mica spearheaded research initiatives that shaped Ghana’s entrepreneurship and tech ecosystem, while managing impact measurement for digital skills training and acceleration projects. Her diverse experience spans roles at IBM UK, Dalex Finance Ghana, and Arthur Energy Advisors, bringing a unique blend of global and local perspectives to digital development. Mica holds an MSc in management and business analytics from Swansea University and a BSc in geography with economics from Loughborough University, combining analytical expertise with a deep understanding of economic development. Mica is based in Ghana.
