Bio

Megan works at the intersection of data, technology, and public sector transformation, helping organizations design and deliver programs that strengthen how institutions serve people. She brings experience in building partnerships, managing complex funding environments, and translating strategy into practical implementation across diverse contexts.

At Caribou, Megan works within the Funds & Programs team to lead the delivery of a global Fellowship focused on supporting organizations to adopt and apply emerging technologies. She contributes to program design, partner engagement, and the operational systems required to deliver high-quality, multi-cohort initiatives at scale.

Previously, Megan served as Chief Executive Officer of Open Cities Lab, where she led the organization through a period of significant growth, scaling revenue, strengthening governance, and delivering data and digital solutions across multiple cities. Earlier in her career, she led grant-making and program delivery at a philanthropic consultancy in Singapore, overseeing more than $11 million in funding and supporting initiatives that reached millions of people globally. Megan is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
