Bio
Lilian works at the frontier of impact measurement and management, supporting organizations to move beyond compliance-driven monitoring toward systems that generate insight, guide strategy, and strengthen long-term resilience.
At Caribou, Lilian consults for our Measurement & Impact team, where she works on regional and country-level measurement and learning work across East Africa. She contributes to the design and delivery of evaluations, strategic reviews, and learning processes, working with consortium partners and program teams to translate evidence into clear decisions and actionable direction.
Before joining Caribou, Lilian led and advised on multi-country measurement and evaluation initiatives across youth livelihoods, MSME development, agriculture and climate, leadership development, and digital learning. Her work emphasizes not only technical rigor but also the tools, processes, and organizational cultures required for non-M&E teams to confidently use evidence for learning, adaptation, and decision-making. Lilian holds a Bachelor of Science in business innovation and technology management and is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Impact is not an afterthought or a report. It is a living system. I believe development succeeds when evidence shapes decisions, people own the learning, and measurement becomes a tool for strategy, accountability, and long-term transformation rather than compliance.
