Bio

Laura plays a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence and team success across Caribou. She manages key administrative workflows and contributes to company-wide cohesion, event planning and project delivery, helping ensure that teams operate efficiently, effectively and deliver high-quality outputs.

Laura brings a strong background in project management and executive support, having worked closely with CEOs, program teams, and business owners. She is highly skilled in event planning and coordination, from designing timelines and managing logistics to liaising with stakeholders and vendors. Her work spans both formal events and informal team gatherings, including company retreats. Laura holds a BA in communication, specializing in public relations, from Daystar University in Nairobi, and is based in Kenya.
