Henri is a strategic leader and growth specialist, helping organizations expand, adapt, and strengthen their position in social impact sectors. She has worked with NGOs, advisory firms, and commercial businesses to spark growth, ensure positive social change, and navigate complex transitions.
At Caribou, Henri serves as Strategic Partnerships Director, leading the company’s business development and partnership strategy. She oversees Caribou’s outreach, events, and client engagement to shape relationships and collaboration in support of inclusive and sustainable digital economies. She is known for finding clarity in complexity and for bridging commercial and social-impact worlds. Having lived and worked across Africa, Asia, and Europe, Henri brings a global perspective and deep familiarity with emerging markets and digital ecosystems. Henri is based in Kenya.
