Eugenia designs and delivers high-level international events and guest experiences, specialising in complex, multi-country environments and premium stakeholder engagement. Her work focuses on shaping seamless guest journeys, coordinating global logistics, and ensuring exceptional execution for high-profile convenings.
Eugenia currently contributes to Caribou’s work by supporting the delivery of global programs and convenings, bringing expertise in event operations, travel coordination, and stakeholder management. As Events Manager, she leads the operational design and delivery of travel, convenings, and on-site logistics across Caribou’s portfolio, including Live Learning trips, online and onsite conferences, and executive events.
Previously, she worked as Head of Community at Accion, where she led the planning and execution of international summits, forums, and other industry convenings across the USA, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. She also worked at Seedstars as Event & Platform Manager, delivering accelerator programs, global summits, and startup pitch competitions across 95 countries. She has delivered premium hospitality and guest experiences for major sporting events, including the Australian Open and United Cup with Tennis Australia.
She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, as well as a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Nicosia, and has completed the Women’s Leadership Development Program at Oxford Saïd Business School. She is based between Spain and Australia.
