Aisha is a senior finance leader with extensive international experience across financial strategy, business management, and operational optimization. At Caribou, she leads financial guardianship and sustainability, organizational strategy, and finance-led transformation, partnering closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
Aisha’s previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Early Childhood Management Services Incorporated, a purpose-led early childhood education organization in Melbourne, and consulting to CFOs within Accenture’s CFO and Enterprise Value Division. She has worked across Australia, the UK, and the US. Aisha is based in Ireland.
