Mastercard Foundation Partnership
Mastercard Foundation has worked with Caribou as a learning and research partner since 2016. In 2026 Caribou is supporting the Evidence, Planning, and Insights team at the Foundation. Previously, in 2016-2019 Caribou supported the Partnership for Finance in Digital Africa, coordinating learnings across The Foundation’s portfolio partners in next generation financial services. Work from 2020-2025 focused on critical themes in technology and youth livelihoods, including The Platform Livelihoods Project, Social Agriculture, Platform-Led Upskilling, and AI and Youth Employment. Caribou also supported The Foundation in preparation of the Youth in Digital Africa report, and built the The Agriinfluencer Network.
